35-4-94. Verified affirmation statement required for sale of distilled spirits. No brand of distilled spirits may be sold to or purchased by a wholesaler, irrespective of the place of sale or delivery unless a verified affirmation statement is filed with the Department of Revenue and Regulation and is then in effect.
