36-15-6. Employment of personnel by commission--Expenses--School affiliation prohibited. The commission may, in conformity with chapter 3-6A, employ such personnel as it deems necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The commission may pay the travel and subsistence expenses of such employees pursuant to § 3-9-2. However, no employee of the commission may be connected or associated in any manner with any school.
