36-16-8.1. Commission continued within Department of Labor--Records and reports. The State Electrical Commission shall continue within the Department of Labor, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The commission shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the secretary of labor, except that the commission shall report at least annually.
