36-21A-28. Acting as a licensee without license as a misdemeanor. No person may act as a licensee under this chapter, assume to act as a licensee or advertise as a licensee without a license issued by the commission. No person may collect compensation as a licensee under this chapter without having first complied with the provisions of this chapter. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
