Section 36-24-17.2 - Qualifications of applicant for hearing aid dispensing.
36-24-17.2. Qualifications of applicant for hearing aid dispensing. Any applicant for licensure to practice hearing aid dispensing shall:
(1) Be of good moral character;
(2) Be eighteen years of age or older;
(3) Be a high school graduate or the equivalent; and
(4) Pass an examination approved by the board.
The applicant may not be the holder of an audiology license.
