Section 36-25-9 - Bond required of secretary-treasurer.
36-25-9. Bond required of secretary-treasurer. The secretary-treasurer shall give a bond in such sum as may be fixed by the commission, with sufficient sureties to be approved by the commission, for the faithful discharge of his duties.
