Section 36-34-14 - Chemical dependency counselor trainee--Counseling services under supervision.
36-34-14. Chemical dependency counselor trainee--Counseling services under supervision. A chemical dependency counselor trainee may perform chemical dependency counseling services so long as the trainee is working under the supervision of a certified chemical dependency counselor.
