Section 36-34-15 - Prevention specialist trainee--Prevention services under supervision.
36-34-15. Prevention specialist trainee--Prevention services under supervision. A prevention specialist trainee may perform prevention services so long as the trainee is working under the supervision of a certified prevention specialist or certified chemical dependency counselor, level II or III.
