Section 36-34-20 - Frivolous or unfounded complaint--Dismissal--Expungement.
36-34-20. Frivolous or unfounded complaint--Dismissal--Expungement. If the board determines that any complaint is frivolous or clearly unfounded in fact, the board may dismiss the complaint and, by a separate and unanimous vote of the board, may expunge the complaint from the record of the certified practitioner.
