Section 36-34-3 - Appointment of board members--Terms.
36-34-3. Appointment of board members--Terms. The Governor shall appoint the members to the board for terms of three years which shall begin on the first day of July. Any board member appointed prior to July 1, 2005, shall complete the member's unexpired term. Thereafter, appointment shall be for a term of three years beginning upon expiration of the term.
