37-19-2. Application for trading stamp license--Contents. Any such person, firm, or corporation may procure such license by making application therefor to the Department of Revenue and Regulation of South Dakota on forms to be provided by the Department of Revenue and Regulation, which forms shall require the applicant to show his principal place of business and any places of business established by him in South Dakota.
