37-22-12. Hourly charges for requested testing outside regular route. Whenever a request is made by the owner to test a scale outside of the regular route or regular tour of inspection of any scale inspector or inspectors and it is found necessary by the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing to send and dispatch a scale inspector or inspectors with the scale inspection truck and its scale testing equipment, a charge, based upon the number of hours it takes for such travel from the point of departure to the place where such scale inspection and testing is to be made and return to the point of departure, shall be made and assessed against the owner of such scale and collection made as provided in § 37-22-10. Such per hour charge shall be fixed and collected by the division.
