Section 37-22-16 - Disposition of funds received by division.
37-22-16. Disposition of funds received by division. All fees and funds of any kind collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be by the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing deposited with the state treasurer and by him credited to the general fund.
