Section 37-22-3 - Rules for installation, inspection, testing, and correction of scales.
37-22-3. Rules for installation, inspection, testing, and correction of scales. The Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 for:
(1) The installation, testing, and maintenance of all heavy scales, including specifications in conformance with standards published by the National Institute for Standards and Technology in effect January 1, 2005;
(2) The frequency of inspection of such scales; and
(3) The schedule and procedure for the correction of any deficiencies.
