Section 37-22-4 - Division jurisdiction exclusive.
37-22-4. Division jurisdiction exclusive. The jurisdiction of the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing over the scales designated in §§ 37-22-1 and 37-22-3 shall be exclusive and inspection thereof shall be made only by and under the direction of the division.
