Section 37-25A-22 - Vacation or modification of orders--Grounds.
37-25A-22. Vacation or modification of orders--Grounds. The director of the Division of Securities may vacate or modify an order issued under this chapter if the director finds that the conditions which prompted its entry have changed or that it is otherwise in the public interest to do so.
