Section 37-25A-28 - Enforcement of subpoena.
37-25A-28. Enforcement of subpoena. If any person refuses to obey a subpoena issued pursuant to § 37-25A-27, the circuit court upon application by the director of the division of securities, may issue an order requiring such person to comply with the subpoena.
