Section 38-1-3 - Oath and bond of secretary.
38-1-3. Oath and bond of secretary. The secretary of agriculture shall qualify by taking and filing with the secretary of state, the constitutional oath of office and likewise filing a bond for faithful discharge of the duties of his office in such penal sum as may be fixed by the Governor, but in no event less than ten thousand dollars.
