38-1-33. Compilation of data on production and marketing cooperatives. It shall be the duty of the secretary of agriculture to assemble, compile, and maintain files of statistical data relating to the work and progress of production and marketing cooperative enterprises, the statutes of the several states, and, so far as reasonably convenient, those of foreign countries, affecting production and marketing cooperatives. He shall also carry standard forms and outlines for use and reference in organization work.
