Section 38-6-2 - Bond furnished by secretary of agriculture.

38-6-2. Bond furnished by secretary of agriculture. The secretary of agriculture shall furnish such surety bond and in such amount as the Governor may require conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as such official and for a true accounting of all money and property coming into his hands as such.
