Section 38-15-18 - Establishment of inspection fees--Uniformity.
38-15-18. Establishment of inspection fees--Uniformity. The secretary of agriculture shall adopt rules pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1-26, to fix any fees charged for making grade inspections and such fees shall be uniform throughout the state for the periods of time specified.
