Section 38-21-14.1 - Safety instruction for bean buggy or bean bar rides.

38-21-14.1. Safety instruction for bean buggy or bean bar rides. Any person supervising bean buggy or bean bar riders, as defined in subdivision 38-21-14(21)(a), shall instruct the riders in pesticide application safety procedures and in the benefits of, and procedures for, wearing protective clothing while spraying pesticides.
