Section 38-24B-5 - Inspection and certificate required for distribution--Violation as misdemeanor.
38-24B-5. Inspection and certificate required for distribution--Violation as misdemeanor. No person may sell, offer for sale, or distribute any nursery stock which has not been officially inspected and for which a certificate of inspection has not been granted. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
