Section 39-9-3 - Relation between United States and South Dakota grades.
39-9-3. Relation between United States and South Dakota grades. United States AA, A, and B grades shall be accepted in lieu of the corresponding South Dakota AA, A, and B grades, but all United States grades below B shall for the purpose of this chapter, correspond to South Dakota undergrade.
