4-8B-5. Proceeding with application if no objections received--Waiver by clearinghouse of waiting period. The state agency may proceed with its application if the state clearinghouse has not received objections to the application within thirty days from the time the application was received by the state clearinghouse; provided however, that the state agency may proceed with its application in less than the prescribed thirty days if the state clearinghouse notifies the agency that all review and comment procedures specified under this chapter are completed.
