4-8B-7. Revisions to applications submitted to clearinghouse--Proceeding if no objections received. The state agency shall submit copies of any substantive revisions to an application to the state clearinghouse. The state agency may proceed with the application if the state clearinghouse, after following procedures established in § 4-8B-8, makes no objection within fifteen days.
