4-8B-9. Notice of federal approval of grant--Procedures. When a state agency is notified by a federal agency that a grant has been awarded it shall immediately notify the state central information reception agency. This notification shall conform to the procedures established by the state central information reception agency. These procedures shall not exceed the requirements placed on the state central information reception agency by the federal government.
