Section 40-6-14 - Facilities and assistance in herd testing. - South Dakota Statutes

40-6-14. Facilities and assistance in herd testing. Each owner or agister shall provide reasonable and necessary facilities in order to make such tests as are required by § 40-6-13, and shall render such assistance in testing as may be required by the state veterinarian.
