Section 40-6-20 - Agreement for destruction of nonreactor breeding stock when reactor found.

40-6-20. Agreement for destruction of nonreactor breeding stock when reactor found. The Animal Industry Board may, by agreement with the owner of any herd of bovine animals in which reactors have been found, provide for destruction and indemnification of the then nonreactor breeding stock.
