Section 40-6-5 - Release of imported animal before testing as misdemeanor.
40-6-5. Release of imported animal before testing as misdemeanor. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to release or permit any animal brought into this state pursuant to § 40-6-4 to be released until the proper certificate has been issued, except by consent of the Animal Industry Board.
