40-7-16. Purchaser entitled to test at auction agency or stockyard. Any purchaser of female cattle or bison at any such licensed livestock auction agency, public stockyards, or other livestock sales yards or points as designated by the Animal Industry Board under § 40-7-15, shall receive at his request a test of all such female cattle or bison one year old or older as he may designate.
