40-7-17. Expense of testing at auction agency or stockyard--Time of testing. Testing for brucellosis pursuant to § 40-7-16 shall be made at the expense of the purchaser of such cattle or bison. Such testing shall be done on the day and date of sale at such licensed livestock auction agency, public stockyards, and other livestock sales yards or points as designated by the Animal Industry Board and before removal of such animals from the premises.
