40-7-21. Indemnity provisions applicable to brucellosis program. Sections 40-7-25 to 40-7-40, inclusive, which provide for the payment of indemnity on cattle and bison reacting to the test for brucellosis, and chapter 40-13, which provides the funds for such payments, are hereby made applicable to the program provided by §§ 40-7-5 to 40-7-19.1, inclusive.
