Section 40-7-26 - Protest of diagnosis of brucellosis.

40-7-26. Protest of diagnosis of brucellosis. If the owner of cattle or bison condemned under § 40-7-25 is aggrieved with the decision of the Animal Industry Board, the owner may within twenty-four hours make protest against the decision and is entitled to consultation in accordance with the provisions of §§ 40-7-32 to 40-7-39, inclusive.
