Section 40-7-29 - Compensation of board of appraisers.
40-7-29. Compensation of board of appraisers. Any member of the board of appraisers who is not an agent of the board is entitled to compensation set by the board for his services to be paid out of the special livestock disease indemnity fund upon presentation of vouchers to the state auditor which have been duly approved by the Animal Industry Board.
