40-7-31. Owner of affected cattle entitled to indemnity on application for brucellosis test. The owner of cattle or bison affected with brucellosis and appraised in accordance with this chapter is entitled to the amount appraised if the owner of such cattle or bison have applied to the Animal Industry Board for a brucellosis test to be made under the supervision of the board.
