Section 40-7-51 - Consignment of reactor swine for slaughter--Extension of time. - South Dakota Statutes

40-7-51. Consignment of reactor swine for slaughter--Extension of time. All reactor swine shall be consigned directly to a slaughter establishment for immediate slaughter within fifteen days of the date of the test which found them to be a reactor. The board may grant an extension of time under extenuating circumstances.
