40-7-7. Inspection and testing of all livestock in state authorized. The Animal Industry Board may inspect, examine, and test for brucellosis any livestock in this state as may be required under the uniform methods and rules approved by the United States Department of Agriculture to establish the state and all counties thereof as modified certified brucellosis area.
