40-8-2. Sale or transportation of flock prohibited after removal of infected sheep--Violation as misdemeanor. No person may remove any sheep infected with scabies from any flock of sheep and then sell or exchange or offer any portion of the remaining sheep for sale, exchange, transportation, or inspection. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
