Section 40-9-2 - Sale or use of live virus or other vaccine as misdemeanor.
40-9-2. Sale or use of live virus or other vaccine as misdemeanor. Any person who sells or uses a virulent live virus, a modified live virus, or an attenuated live virus, or any other vaccine for the prevention or control of hog cholera is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
