Section 40-9-7 - Disposal of swine ordered destroyed.
40-9-7. Disposal of swine ordered destroyed. The owner or custodian of swine ordered destroyed under § 40-9-5 shall, immediately after the determination of its value, cause the swine to be disposed of as directed by the Animal Industry Board.
