40-9-9. Appraisal of swine ordered destroyed. The appraisal shall be made, the appraisers compensated and their return made as provided by §§ 40-10-5 to 40-10-7, inclusive, and all other provisions of §§ 40-10-4 to 40-10-7, inclusive, except as provided in § 40-9-10, are applicable.
