Section 40-9A-6 - Testing of pseudorabies herd by owner--Violation as misdemeanor.

40-9A-6. Testing of pseudorabies herd by owner--Violation as misdemeanor. The owner of any pseudorabies herd shall test his swine for pseudorabies, using an official approved test according to the schedule of testing set forth in the approved herd plan adopted pursuant to § 40-9A-5. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
