40-10-2. Household garbage, sugar beet, or dairy by-products exempt from cooking requirement. The provisions of § 40-10-1 do not apply to an individual who feeds to his own animals only the garbage obtained from his own household, the by-products of sugar beets, or the by-products of dairy plants.
