40-10-5. Return of appraisers--Payment to owner for swine destroyed. The return of the appraisers made under this chapter shall be in writing, signed by them and by the owner of the swine disposed of under order of the board, and certified to by the executive secretary of the Animal Industry Board to the state auditor who shall draw a warrant upon the treasurer in favor of the owner for the amount as provided by § 40-10-7.
