Section 40-10-6 - Compensation of appraisers.

40-10-6. Compensation of appraisers. The two members of the board of appraisers not employed with the Animal Industry Board are entitled to compensation for their services equal to the board per diem rate, to be paid out of the special livestock disease indemnity fund, upon presentation of vouchers to the state auditor duly approved by the Animal Industry Board.
