Section 40-13-1 - Single fund for indemnity created.

40-13-1. Single fund for indemnity created. For the purpose of maintaining a single fund for indemnifying the owners of diseased and destroyed animals as provided in § 40-13-2, there is hereby created a special livestock disease indemnity fund.
