40-13A-8. Knowledge or suspicion of disease at acquisition abrogating right to indemnity. There is no right to be indemnified and payment may not be made pursuant to § 40-13A-5 if the owner at the time of coming into possession of the animal knew or suspected that the animal was diseased.
