Section 40-13A-9 - Imported diseased animals not qualified for indemnity.

40-13A-9. Imported diseased animals not qualified for indemnity. There is no right to be indemnified and payment may not be made pursuant to § 40-13A-5 if such nondomestic animals were found to have been diseased at the time of their arrival in this state.
