41-6-42. Unlawful transportation of fish caught in private hatchery as misdemeanor. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to transport fish sold or caught pursuant to § 41-6-39 or 41-6-40 in violation of rules and regulations prescribed by the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.
